We are on the lookout for a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dedicated team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, testing, and improving aerospace systems and components. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, aimed at delivering outstanding performance in our aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace systems and structures.
• Conduct testing and validation of aerospace products to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
• Analyze and interpret data to solve technical challenges.
• Develop technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses on system designs.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to meet project specifications.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables successfully.
• Provide technical expertise during the production phase.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and testing

Technical Skills

• Matlab/Simulink

Languages

• English: Fluent
