• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with IT policy implementation and compliance.
• Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous
