As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will be instrumental in assisting with the structuring and analysis of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial modeling and analysis while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
