Job Description

We are seeking a creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. This role focuses on researching and designing exceptional user experiences that meet user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create engaging web and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Create visual mockups and interactive prototypes using design software.
• Develop customer personas and user journey maps.
• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align design with brand messaging.
• Define and analyze key performance indicators related to user experience.
• Participate in Agile development processes to ensure continuous user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience or Design

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX design across multiple platforms

Languages
