Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing strategies that improve product quality.
• Monitor debugging process in the software development lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing and gather feedback from end-users.
• Develop metrics and reporting to assess testing progress and quality metrics.
• Keep abreast of new testing tools and strategies to enhance testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies

Technical Skills

• Postman
• TestRail

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in performance testing: Experience with performance testing tools and analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL: Understanding of SQL for database testing.
