Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chip Person to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production and assembly of electronic components using chip technology. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and accuracy in all aspects of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for chip placement.
• Perform quality assurance testing on assembled electronic components.
• Document production processes and outputs.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and safety practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of related experience.

Technical Skills

• Electronics Assembly
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment: Experience working with high-tech electronics assembly.
