Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Utilize engineering software to create design simulations.
• Maintain documentation for all engineering processes and project modifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
