Join our team in Cape Town as a Hotel Manager where you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding hospitality. Your role will encompass staff leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence, aiming to enhance the overall guest experience and hotel performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service standards.
  • Manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and revenue management strategies.
  • Lead and develop hotel staff, providing training and guidance to enhance service delivery.
  • Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on hotel performance, preparing regular updates for management.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
