Responsibilities

• Gather data from diverse sources and prepare it for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop data models that support strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Monitor data trends to inform future projects.
• Provide training and guidance on data analysis tools.
• Document processes and findings for future reference.
• Optimize and automate reporting processes.
• Work closely with senior management to align data strategy with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Mathematics
• Master's degree is desired

Experience

• 2-4 years of proven experience in data analysis

• R Programming

• Google Data Analytics Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
