We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Port Elizabeth facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory control, and staff supervision to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and staff efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and report on discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Streamline warehouse procedures to enhance productivity.
• Manage logistics, ensuring timely shipping and receiving.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Develop training programs to improve employee skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
