Interior Designer

Job Description

As an Interior Designer at Interior Design Solutions, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their visions and transform them into stunning, functional spaces. You will be responsible for selecting furnishings, color palettes, and materials while ensuring that all designs align with the client’s budget and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to identify their design goals and provide creative solutions.
• Draft design proposals and present project progress to clients.
• Evaluate project costs and prepare financial proposals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure design intent is realized.
• Implement design changes based on client feedback.
• Assist in the selection of color palettes and materials.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Develop branding and signage concepts for clients' properties.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent
• Professional qualification in design is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
