Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular team meetings to communicate operational goals.
• Monitor warehouse staff productivity and provide feedback.
• Assist in the planning and execution of warehouse layout.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Work closely with management to set warehouse budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Regulatory Compliance

Languages

• English: Fluent
