Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence for prospective investment opportunities.
• Prepare pitch books and assist in the creation of marketing materials.
• Analyze financial statements and assess company valuations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of financial agreements.
• Mentor junior analysts in research and analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and market trends.
• Attend client meetings to present findings and recommendations.
• Drive client presentations and lead discussions.
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and manage them proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
