Responsibilities

• Design and develop chemical processes for production efficiency.
• Conduct research to develop new chemical products.
• Optimize existing processes for increased sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations on project status.
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to inform process improvements.
• Manage projects from conception to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the hiring and training of junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Process Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in relevant engineering roles or industries
