The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing insights to optimize operations and improve efficiency. Responsibilities

• Generate financial statements to provide insights into business performance.
• Ensure integrity of financial information by implementing internal controls.
• Assist with financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee payroll processing and management of employee expenses.
• Compile and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Assist with inventory management and related financial aspects.
• Participate in financial forecasting and risk management.
• Prepare documentation for financial reviews.
• Provide training to junior staff on accounting procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• A Master's degree or additional qualifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in accounting with experience in a managerial role preferred
