Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for managing system installations, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring all IT services run smoothly and efficiently. A keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented approach will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate new hardware and software solutions.
• Actively seek to improve IT processes and workflows.
• Facilitate communication between IT and all business units.
• Liaise with vendors for equipment and service support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external IT service providers.
• Participate in IT audits and compliance activities.
• Offer technical guidance on IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• IT certifications such as Cisco or CompTIA certified are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar support role
