Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a passion for sustainable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Create innovative design concepts based on client requirements.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers to coordinate project objectives.
• Utilize software tools for 3D modeling and presentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new projects.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's Degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience in architectural design and project management
