Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to technical support requests from users.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware malfunctions, including printers and peripherals.
• Ensure software compliance and keep systems updated.
• Assist with the integration of new software and features.
• Document IT processes and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT management on project rollouts.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and maintain system security.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles

Technical Skills

• Linux Operating Systems
• Database Support

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ticketing systems: Experience using IT service management software such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
