We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, coordinating with research teams, and ensuring compliance with clinical study protocols. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clinical trial sites and investigators.
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of study participants.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
• Conduct training sessions for study site staff.
• Review participant eligibility and consent documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure study milestones are met.
• Write and contribute to study reports and publications.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement of clinical practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a relevant field
• Advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-6 years of clinical research experience
