Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, coordinating with research teams, and ensuring compliance with clinical study protocols. Your contributions will help drive important medical research efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clinical trial sites and investigators.
  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of study participants.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
  • Conduct training sessions for study site staff.
  • Review participant eligibility and consent documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure study milestones are met.
  • Write and contribute to study reports and publications.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement of clinical practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a relevant field
  • Advanced degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-6 years of clinical research experience
