UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Creative Design Studio, you will focus on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your understanding of user experience principles and visual design will be critical in driving successful design outcomes. Work closely with developers and product managers to bring innovative concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements.
• Create interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
• Ensure a seamless user experience by addressing usability issues.
• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for design work.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in user research methodologies: Knowledge in conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
