Job Description

As a Data Analyst in Port Elizabeth, you will be instrumental in interpreting data and turning it into valuable insights. You will work closely with different departments to support data-driven decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be key assets in this role as you help us leverage data to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs.
• Present data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in developing data collection systems and strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Perform data mining and statistical analysis to support campaigns.
• Prepare reports for management summarizing key trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar field
• Relevant advanced degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of data analysis experience or similar role

Technical Skills

• Excel
• Data Warehousing

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with data engineering: Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
