Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Engineering) to join our Johannesburg team, driven by a passion for project delivery. You will lead engineering projects from conception through to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure success.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Utilize project management software to streamline processes and keep track of deadlines.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future improvements.
• Prepare and present project proposals to upper management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Organize resources and allocate tasks to team members.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and foster collaboration among team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering Management or Project Management
• PMP certification is necessary for this role

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
