Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be the go-to person for all HR matters, responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process and onboarding for new employees.
  • Facilitate performance review cycles and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Keep updated with HR best practices and legal standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
