Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be the go-to person for all HR matters, responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll information.
• Conduct performance management activities and facilitate training programs.
• Guide employees in HR policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and uphold employee engagement initiatives.
• Support employee development and career progression opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Assist in organizing staff events and team-building activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field

Experience

• 3-5 years of HR experience

• HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
