Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our vibrant team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and setting up guitars for professional musicians and clients. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of guitar mechanics and a passion for music.

Responsibilities

• Adjust guitars for individual player requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex guitar repair issues.
• Educate clients on the proper care of their instruments.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Meet deadlines for repairs and setups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge related to guitar technology.
• Provide support in developing promotional materials for the service department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in instrument repair is an asset

Experience

• 2-3 years in a music-related technical role preferred

Languages
