Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Millwright to join our precision engineering team. This role is focused on installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Interpret schematics and technical specifications effectively.
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
• Implement safety standards during maintenance operations.
• Work alongside production teams to ensure machinery is operational.
• Document maintenance procedures and results.
• Assist in training new employees on maintenance practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
• Engage in problem-solving with the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant mechanical engineering qualification
• Trade certification as a Millwright is essential

Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
