Job Description

We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Display Coordinator to join our Johannesburg team. This role involves orchestrating visual merchandising strategies to enhance our retail displays and contribute to an inviting shopping experience. Your expertise will ensure all products are showcased attractively and effectively, driving sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative visual concepts that enhance the shopping experience.
• Utilize analytics to assess the impact of visual changes on sales.
• Lead the setup of promotional displays and seasonal themes across multiple locations.
• Inventory management of display materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for display materials.
• Evaluate competitor displays and draw insights for continuous improvement.
• Host workshops for staff on new visual merchandising techniques.
• Implement feedback from team and customers to refine display effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field is beneficial.

Experience

• 3+ years of retail merchandising experience preferred
