Job Description

We're looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll provide essential technical support to our clients, assisting with troubleshooting, installations, and user training. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for user support inquiries.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist in the backup and recovery of data as required.
  • Conduct routine checks on hardware and software systems.
  • Help maintain the internal knowledge base for FAQs.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
