Job Description

We are looking for a creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and crafting visually appealing user interfaces for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with a knack for artistic design to deliver top-notch digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Maintain usability and accessibility standards in all designs.
• Prepare and present design solutions to stakeholders and get feedback.
• Assess and improve existing designs based on user analytics and feedback.
• Create design specifications for developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
