Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Consultant to enhance our protective measures. This role will require expertise in threat analysis, compliance, and security audits. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our networks and systems are robust against cyber incursions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing security measures and recommend improvements.
• Respond to and investigate security breaches and incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and propose remediation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand security needs and concerns.
• Utilize security tools and software for monitoring and threat detection.
• Coordinate with external security vendors for additional resources and support.
• Support compliance initiatives related to data protection and privacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles

Technical Skills

• Firewall Management
• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Penetration Testing

Certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
