Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead our digital retail strategies. In this role, you will optimize our e-commerce platforms while creating engaging customer experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence online.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve e-commerce performance through data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain e-commerce analytics dashboards.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives specific to e-commerce.
  • Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Oversee customer feedback processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize promotional spending.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine platforms.
  • Train and mentor team members on e-commerce best practices.
  • Manage social media campaigns to boost e-commerce visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in e-commerce management
