Responsibilities

• Develop and scale up production processes from lab to manufacturing.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure process safety.
• Work with cross-functional teams for product development.
• Focus on process sustainability and waste reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production defects.
• Oversee pilot plant operations and tests.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within chemical manufacturing
