Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Bevel Polisher to operate and maintain our beveling machines, shaping and polishing glass and metal surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met and involves routine maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up beveling machines according to specified guidelines.
• Polish glass surfaces while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Participate in team training sessions to improve skills and techniques.
• Assist in the training of new team members on machine operation.
• Perform adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues on machines as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10-12 certificate
• Relevant technical qualification in manufacturing or engineering field

Experience

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of polishing techniques
• Experience with measuring instruments

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines.: Experience running CNC machines for precise glass shaping.
• Knowledge of quality control standards.: Familiarity with industry quality standards and inspection procedures.
