As an Investment Banker in our Johannesburg office, you will play a key role in our advisory services, providing vital insights for mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and other capital market transactions. Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of financial instruments are crucial to your success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discussions with clients to define their investment goals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Liaise with external advisors to facilitate investment processes.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and associates in financial analysis.
• Participate in networking events to enhance company visibility.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of departmental initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in financial reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in investment banking or relevant financial roles
