We are looking for a detail-oriented Aircraft Systems Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft system design and analysis, including avionics and propulsion systems. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of avionic systems and subsystems.
• Work alongside engineers to develop prototypes and test new technologies.
• Assess aircraft systems for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Document system specifications and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations for system enhancements based on analytical findings.
• Assist in preparing grant proposals and project funding requests.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for system components.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in aeronautics or aviation is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft systems and avionics
