Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for leading project teams, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project life cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation meets project needs.
  • Lead project review meetings and ensure lessons learned are documented.
  • Establish and manage project budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyse project performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
  • Certification in PRINCE2 is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record
