Requirements

Education

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role

Technical Skills

• Windows and Mac OS support
• Networking fundamentals
• Help Desk software (e.g., Zendesk)

Soft Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CompTIA A+ Certification: Preferred certification that demonstrates technical knowledge and skills.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools: Experience using tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
