Camper Assembler

Job Description

As a Camper Assembler, you will work closely with our production team to assemble and install camper components. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and systems in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure all installations are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Document assembly processes and report any non-conformance to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical training or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in vehicle assembly or similar manufacturing settings.

Technical Skills

• Fiberglass Work
• Welding

• Communication

Advantageous

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or 3D modeling software: Ability to create and modify designs for improved assembly processes.
• Understanding of quality control practices: Knowledge of quality assurance methods to maintain high product standards.
