Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. You will play a crucial role in maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective technical support to users. This position requires a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a client-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
  • Provide feedback to management on user needs and system performance.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
