Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Agriculture Laborer to join our team and assist with planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops. The role involves operating farm equipment, ensuring quality control, and supporting various agricultural activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all phases of crop production including seeding and harvesting.
• Operate tractors and other farm equipment according to protocols.
• Conduct daily inspections of farming equipment.
• Assist in implementing effective farming practices.
• Document farming activities and reports as required.
• Participate in health and safety training to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
