Responsibilities

• Oversee dental team performance to ensure high standards.

• Develop strategies to improve patient retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with dental regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry
• Specialization in Orthodontics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a dental practice

• Surgical Skills
• Anesthesia Administration

• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Registered Dentist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

• Experience in Teaching or Mentoring: Previous experience in training dental students or interns.
