Job Description

Join our team as a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, where your expertise in operating footwear machinery will be essential in creating high-quality insoles and shoe components. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in production.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate insoles by operating specialized equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections, measuring against preset standards.
  • Support the maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Work closely with supervisors to align daily goals with production targets.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on procedures and safety.
  • Assist with inventory management of raw materials and supplies.
  • Prepare production reports detailing efficiency and quality metrics.
  • Engage in continuous skill development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in footwear manufacturing preferred
Experience
  • Any experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
