Job Description

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing fundraising campaigns that help further our mission. This position requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships with donors, managing events, and driving community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Lead volunteer efforts for events and fundraising activities.
  • Oversee social media and online fundraising platforms.
  • Produce creative marketing content to highlight fundraising efforts.
  • Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and standards.
  • Create and distribute donor acknowledgment letters and reports.
  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors on fundraising goals.
  • Provide training and support for fundraising volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferable

  • 4+ years of experience in non-profit or fundraising environments
