Responsibilities

• Support the deal execution process from planning through to closing.
• Contribute to the writing of investment memoranda.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data to present clear recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders to fulfill project requirements effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a related financial role is advantageous

• Market Analysis

• Interpersonal skills

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in M&A transactions: Prior exposure to M&A processes will be beneficial.
