Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee the administrative operations in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in managing healthcare processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing patient services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient management of patient admissions and discharge processes.
  • Develop and implement policies to optimize patient services.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals for patient care management.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead administrative meetings and assist in strategic planning.
  • Review and process insurance claims and billing.
  • Engage in staff performance reviews and development.
  • Oversee the maintenance of medical and administrative supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
