Job Description

We are seeking reliable Oil Seal Assemblers to join our production team in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling oil seals with precision and ensuring all components meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and components for assembly according to specifications.
• Utilize various hand tools and assembly machinery effectively.
• Conduct thorough inspections of final products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document production data accurately for record-keeping.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures and safety guidelines.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the assembly process.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Formal trade certification in automotive assembly is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive assembly role

Technical Skills

• Precision assembly techniques
• Knowledge of automotive standards

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
