Job Description

As a UI Designer at Innovative Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for designing engaging interfaces and enhancing user experiences for our web and mobile applications. We seek an individual passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for VoIP systems and telecommunications.
• Monitor network traffic and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement system recovery plans.
• Prepare reports on system performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software services.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new IT staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
• Postgraduate qualification is beneficial

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration
