Job Description

We're seeking proactive Production Workers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly while maintaining quality standards. This role is critical in supporting daily operations and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly of components and systems.
• Identify defects and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Participate in training for new equipment and processes.
• Maintain records of production output.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Experience in similar roles can be beneficial.
• Experience operating similar equipment/machinery: Familiarity with specific machinery will be advantageous.
