We are seeking a competent IT Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and permissions in the IT system.
• Provide remote support to users when necessary.
• Develop troubleshooting guides for common technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing IT projects as required.
• Stay current with new technologies and methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in customer-facing IT support

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
