UX Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a UX Designer and take charge of designing user-friendly interfaces for a range of products. You’ll be involved in every step of the design process from conceptualisation to final delivery while ensuring a high standard of user experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in user research and proficient in design tools, ready to collaborate closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Generate and present design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Test prototypes with users and integrate feedback into designs.
• Work with marketing to ensure user experience aligns with branding initiatives.
• Develop user journey maps to illustrate user interactions.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on testing results and user feedback.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure effectiveness.
• Promote a user-centered design culture within the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of past projects

Technical Skills

• User-Centered Design Principles
• Familiarity with Analytics Tools

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)

Languages
