Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits.
• Mentor and guide junior architects in the design process.
• Assist in stakeholder engagement and public consultations.
• Prepare construction documents and specifications.
• Evaluate and select contractors for projects.
• Ensure the sustainability of design solutions.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive architecture experience

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• BIM Technologies

• Analytical Skills
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• BIM Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software: Experience with advanced 3D modeling software is advantageous.
